Terms and Conditions
We strive to provide you with the best experience possible. The following terms and conditions are set to provide us with clarity and guidelines on how we can best serve you.
Upon booking with ByEve Makeup the client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions
Q1.SECURING DEPOSIT
A: deposit is required to secure the quote and services for your wedding date.
This fee goes towards the final total balance and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Please be advised, dates and scheduled times will only be reserved when deposit is received
Q2. PAYMENT
A: The remaining balance on the invoice is due 3 days prior to the day-of-the-event via transfer.
Cash is NOT accepted on the day.
Q3.CANCELLATIONS
A: In the event the client has decided for any reason to cancel their service, the client understands that deposits or final payments made to date will be forfeited.
In the unlikely event that Eve is unable to attend the client’s booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, Eve will endeavour to find a replacement artist of a similar standard. However, finding a replacement cannot be guaranteed. If Eve is unable to find a replacement, the client will receive a full refund of monies paid
Q4.CHANGES TO THE BOOKING
A: Once a booking has been made and confirmed by us, hair and makeup services may be added or removed up until 12 weeks leading to the event. A reminder, minimums as per policy still apply. 12 weeks leading into the event, services may still be added but not removed from the original booking. If for any reason a bridal party member is unavailable, services may be transferred to a friend or family member on the same day, as per the original time and location. No refunds or credit will be given for clients who do not attend to the agreed service on the day.
Q5.SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
A: Location of service for the day-of -event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the artist needs to complete the hair and/or makeup services. Working electrical outlets must be made available for the use by the hairstylist/makeup artist. A work area with a table and chairs as well as ample lighting, whether by means of natural or by lamps is necessary for services to be performed properly
Q6.PERSONAL LIABILITIES
A: Eve and her team are not under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. It is the responsibility of the client to notify of any known allergies or skin sensitivity upon booking. You are more than welcome to bring your own product(s) that you are familiar with and Hannah or one of her team members will be happy to use what you have provided.
